An address plaque that's so unique, it may stop traffic!
There is no easy way to set up this listing with as many options as I want to have, so please, please, please, read the following:
- This $50 price is the base price of the address plaque. That includes an approximately 9x12 inch wood-grain base (as seen in the example photos) and your address.
- If you have 5 or more numbers in your address, your plaque will be turned to horizontal, otherwise it will be in portrait.
- Please include your house numbers in the notes when you check out, or email me.
- For everything that you want to add to the base plaque, please look at the following chart, make a list of what you would like, and either include it in the notes when you check out, or email me.
Example note: "Hi! I just placed an order for a custom address plaque. My house numbers are 615. The extras I would like are Door B, Misc A, and Mushrooms A, B, and C."
When I am done with your address plaque (approximately six weeks), and I send you photos to make sure you like it, then I will send you an invoice for the extras you purchased. After you pay that invoice, I'll ship out your new address plaque!

Currently all "extra" pieces are painted in detail, and the entire piece gone over with a brown glaze that will highlight the grain of the wood and give the painted pieces a more sepia tone. The numbers will be in white so that they show well against the brown.

Most purchases ship within 24-48 hours. Packages ship Monday-Friday (barring any postal holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated by carrier at checkout.
