Where am I and what am I doing again?

So... videos about me working. I am really, really trying not to get confused, y'all, but here's my problem... I work faster than I can edit videos. So I already have a backlog of videos that will take me a couple of weeks to get through. I've made myself a list of what I'm working on, with check boxes for "post to Patreon" and "take screenshots for socials" and "edit for time" and post to socials" but y'all.... when I made this list, I made it alphabetically so that it would be easy for me to find things. And now I can't really figure out where I am with ANYTHING because I SHOULD have made the list in the order in which I did things. ROOKIE MISTAKE.

Can I go back and redo the list? I... I don't know? The videos I have saved to work on, those are dated when I edited them on my phone to rotate and crop them. Which are not necessarily in the order when I did the work, because (and this will surprise exactly nobody) I tend to do more than one video in a day and then when I get back to the house and start feeding the dogs and myself I sort of ... forget what I did during the day. So I'll remember after like three days "oh, shit! videos!" ... and of course while I've stored the rotated/cropped videos in a few different places, I've deleted them from my phone to make space. Which means I no longer know the original day I did the work.

I'm really hoping this becomes more of a natural routine the longer I do it!

I'm thinking that in order to catch up, I'm just going to have to show some things finished, and then edit the videos and post them ... after the piece is already up for sale. Which feels weird, but also feels like... well, maybe that'll actually work in that videos seem to have a longer shelf life than photos, so maybe posting the videos a few weeks after something is done will allow me to say "and it's already finished!" and people will be excited right then.

I mean, at this point I'll have videos of me making things going about three weeks past the shop update that contains the items! I definitely didn't plan this very well, and I appreciate you all sticking with me and supporting me while this old dog tries to learn some new tricks. Pinky swear, I'll have this all figured out soon!
